Added new system, bot now knows if a weapon is doing damage, or not
weapons that it can't fire will now be tossed aside.

Simplifed backend sound logic.
Optimized bot flanking and fixed quite a few instances of it not working.
Fixed some arcane bugs with the grenade throwing.
Renamed spawnable terminators from
"terminator, terminator but slower, terminator snail"
to.
"terminator overcharged, terminator hard, terminator"
Fixed many other smaller things.
