-Added support for negative mass/sentient metal components (negative mass reactor buffs anticompound weapons instead of archaeotech)
-Added sentient metal sections (currently identical texture to regular ones) with slightly upgraded defensive and aux slots

Fixed the ship shaders to allow my ships to properly display the cloaking animation (cloaking components aren't included yet, and the war world's shaders haven't been fixed yet)

- Added the War World, a massive warship built as a megastructure, designed to overpower planetcrafts (currently WIP, please report any balancing/mechanical issues). Requires Gigastructural Engineering and more to build
