v1.3 - added conditions to scipt that captures objects for the "looming threat" so only cities, forts, bridges and buildings are considered.

- the script for "looming threat" checks now if the faction is discovered instead of if its capital city is discovered
- the script for "defensive league" now has more conditions so it is less likely / will take longer to happen after the first occurrence

- the leading faction in a defensive league will now inherit all the gold of its league members
- additional event condition to not fire early if playing on a custom map with many starting cities
