Changes
- Updated for latest major TOW update
- Lorenzo's sword is now a bit bigger
- Ulther's "Son of Ulfar" & "Commander of the Dragon Company" skill effects have been rebalanced
- The first choice in the "The Captured Mermaid" dilemma now gives a negative public order effect and the second choice now gives the "Kraken's Bane" ancillary
- Character ancillaries will be auto-equipped once they've been unlocked
- Fixed an issue that prevents other Southern Realms factions from recruiting Tortoise Tanks when this mod was enabled
- Captain Leopoldo & the Black Crowe have their own attribute group
- Shi-Hong's ammo has been increased greatly
- Brunner's Fell Fang ability should cause damage to him when used + ability has a new icon
- Reworked skill effects for the following characters: Lorenzo Lupo, Leopoldo di Lucano, Brunner the Bounty Hunter, Amadri Ironbark, Sceolan of the Hooked Blade, Viscount d'Alembençon, Borri Forkbeard, Be'la'krothrogor, the Black Crowe & the Hermit Knight of Malmont
- Innate skill icons for all characters adjusted for better visibility
- Pirate Raids regional effect for Luccini no longer applies when the AI is controlling the faction
- Gino Scaletta's (Lorenzo's starting hero) innate trait "Shadow of the Prince" now grants bonus leadership
- Fixed Gorgivich's mount anims
- Gorgivich's "The Ordo Draconis" skill effects now properly applies to the army he is embedded in
- VFX fixed for Gorgivich while he is mounted
- Updated Lorenzo's model slightly
- New model for Lorenzo's pistol
- Fixed texture issues with Helmut's banner
- Updated visuals for Gunther von Grecht while he is mounted
- Portraits & icons updated for Gorgivich Krakvald, Helmut von Carstein & Gunther von Grecht
- Added immortality for the Black Crowe
- Slightly updated Luccini's settlement skin
- Spearmen (Shields) in Lorenzo's starting army has been replaced with a Reman Legionary unit
- Melee attack buff from "Venerate Morr" tech now only buffs Knights of Morr
- Viscount d'Alembençon is slightly less towering
- General stat adjustments for: The Black Crowe and Viscount d'Alembençon
- Gorgivich's "Grandmaster of the Red Death" skill now gives "Iron Resolve" ability to Knights of the Red Death
- Fixed icon for "Strict Training" skill for Sceolan
- Updated faction leader icon for Be'la'krothrogor
- Viscountcy de Chegney is once again playable as a minor Bretonnian faction (TOW)
- Fixed a crash that would happen when Luccini (settlement) is occupied by other factions
- Luccini (settlement) now starts at tier 1 when player controls Lorenzo
- Slightly adjusted Simaergul's unit card for better visibility
- Added frontend & loading screen text for playable factions (TOW)
- Skill tree revamped for the Guild Assassin generic heroes
- Captain Leopoldo di Lucano & the Black Crowe now receive their items when they reach their proper level (TOW)
- The "Parley with the Garrison" option for the Fate of Tancred Castle dilemma now costs gold + updated tooltip

- 1 LL for the Lizardmen: Lord Xlotc (Faction Leader)
- 2 Legendary Heroes:
- 1 LH for the High Elves: Elasir
- 1 LH for the Skaven: The Black Mask
- New settlement skin for the Sacred Pools (T1-5)

- Adjusted Balkrag's "Slayer" & "Dragon Slayer" skills
- Removed redundant skills from Balkrag's skill tree
- Balkrag's Deathblow skills are now linked
