Fixed factory crash

Added plasma factory to the tech tree.
This is an unaccetable mistake, but i forgot.

Added plasma missiles

Added version compatibility. Will not affect anything.

Adds the Heavy Plasma Blaster with 35 m pen. Capable to pierce a small shield.
