- Corrected a bug where the under-city buildings within ruins would be revealed to player factions that do not own it.

- Added a dilemma asks if the under-city should claim the ruins above, 2 turns after the settlement above has been razed.
- When selecting ruins with your under-city present, the UI will allow you to modify the under-city buildings. Most of the building effects will be disabled until the ruins are occupied again however.

- Passive colonization now respects Beastmen Bloodgrounds.

- Corrected an issue with loading a saved game that would prevent under-cities from occupying ruins indefinitely.
- Finally found a fix for the pulled feature that automatically occupies the settlement at level 1. Probably.
- Re-enabled logging to track any potential issues with these changes.

Mod seems to be stable at turn 300 without errors, so I've disabled logging to prevent cheating in multiplayer and increase performance.

- Prevented a situation in which an under-city may persist when another Skaven faction occupies the ruins.
- Removed the feature that allowed newly colonized ruins, via under-city, to start with a level 1 settlement building, due to unforeseen issues.

Under-cities that colonize uninhabited ruins now upgrade the settlement building-chain to level 1.
