- Sven stun didnt apply any stun
- Sven -15s Ulimate CD talent replaced with +12 all stats
- Witch Doctor maledict now applies dmg also based on % lost dmg (there is max dmg cap)
- Witch Doctor ulimate now not bouncing without Aghanim Scepter
- Add Aghanim Scepter for Witch Doctor
- Fix Aghanim Shard for Witch Doctor

1. Add magic resistance for Bosses and Big Creeps (before all bosses had 0 magic resistance).

2. Reduce potions drop rate chance from killed creeps.

3. Balance Lina & Sven ultimates dmg/cd
