1. Buff Veno Ultimate dmg
- from 40/65/90 to 65/90/115
- Aghanim scepter now double this damage

1. Fix abilities that deal dmg depend on max hp
- Veno ultimate dmg now deals constant damage 40/65/90 (+40 with Aghanim Scepter)
- Necro ultimate dmg now deals damage depends on % of max hp lost and cannot be greater than 30% of max hp
- Jakiro Shard dmg reduced to 100 flat damage per second

1. Update coins system
- fix issue that sometimes could reset colllected coins to 0

1. Fix to abilities that deal damage based on enemies max hp
- Phantom Assasin Aghanim Shard is now reduced to 550 max dmg
- Zeus Aghanim Shard is now reduced to 125 max dmg (can be upgraded with spell amplification)

2. Fix to Creatures/Bosses armor
- now every enemy unit has splitted armor to base armor and extra armor (green armor)
- base armor is now 25% of previous armor, and extra armor is 75%.
- it should make Drow Ranger more balanced hero, as well as other planned heroes in the future (like Elder Titan)

1. Fixes to storing coins in database
- now disconnected players will not get updates on server
- when game couldn't update your coins balance from server you will get info about that on the begining of the game
- if this happens collected coins will not saved in database to prevent data overwriting.
- this should happen really rare, if it occures please report it on discord or in comments.

2. Fixes to Hoodwink Aghanim Scepter
- now deals 60% damage
- now can be targeted on all creeps

2. Fix to units that can pass the barriers

- Tiny Tree talent Level 20 Toss - no requires target replaced with +80 Attack Speed
- Sniper Aghanim Shard

3. Fixes to Boxes/Jars
- they are not targetable by abilities now
- have to be attacked or destroyed using some AOE spells
- lower attack priority
