- Reverted the change to Tzeentch vult building bonus effect conditions.
- Removed bonus effect conditions for Tzeentch cult buildings for most effects. (Possibly temporary
- Decreased the amount of total Grimoires provided by 5, for Tzeentch cult buildings.
- Reduced the amount of Favor provided by 50 for Tzeentch cult buildings.
- Added 2 local corruption to Tzeentch cult Sanctum building.
- Reduced adjacent Tzeentch corruption by 1 for cult Sanctum building.

- Corrected a bug related to the "Cult Purged" incident.
- Inverted all Tzeentch cult building context expressions (bonus effect conditions), since Tzeentch corruption reduces the Winds of Magic for those that are opposed to it.
- Added a total of +20 to Winds of Magic reserve for Tzeentch forces in the region, for all Tzeentch cult buildings.
- Reduced the amount of Favor generated by the Khorne Blood Cult Arena.
- Restricted the Khorne cultist recruitment rank bonus to only apply when public order is positive, for the Blood Cult Arena.

- Renamed the Nurgle bonus effect condition from Development Points to Population Surplus.
- Removed the extra 5% expansion chance from the Tzeentch Sanctum cult building.
- Removed the Tempestuous Winds of Magic bonus effect condition from the Tzeentch Sanctum cult building.
- Added a 15% chance that the Winds of Magic will increase in strength, when changing, for the entire province.

- Changed the context expression (bonus effect conditions) for Nurgle buildings to be based on Development points (population surplus) of the host region/province.
- Cult Mastery skill is automatically acquired at cultist level 10 now, instead of 15.
- Corrected a typo that would result in Lua (scripts) crashing until the game was reloaded.
- Reduced adjacent corruption across nearly all cult buildings, to reduce corruption overload in clustered provinces.
- Added factionwide growth buff to one of Nurgle's cult buildings.
- Changed Tzeentch cult building effects to be more useful for Tzeentchian schemes.
- Corrected the cultist rank effect for Khorne cultists.
- Corrected the cultist rank effect for Tzeentch cultists.
- Reduced Khorne cult building income to bring it more in line with vanilla buildings. Khorne is supposed to get most of their income from battle.
- Reverted the change that removed Slaanesh cultist spawn from cult building. The cultist should now spawn when the building is built.

Expanded the scope of the mod to include:
- Improved cult spawn logic.
- Cults are removed when corruption reaches 0 in the province, Slaanesh cults are immune to this.
- Khorne, Nurgle, and Tzeentch cultists can now establish cults.
