- Fixed a bug with the Nurgle Plague Cult colony building where it would not spawn plagues after the first.
- Fixed a bug with the Nurgle Plague Cult Colony building that would set the plague cooldown even if a plague wasn't created due to immunity.

- Added a new Prefer Player for Cults MCT setting that will prevent AI from getting cults when a player of the same culture is able to do so instead. This prevents the AI from taking up the limited cult spawn opportunities.
- Updated the random plagues generated by the Nurgle Plague Cult Refuge building, so that it uses the new plagues.
- Nurgle cult bulding bonus effect condition now includes settlement growth of 200 or greater.
- Nurgle Plague Cult Shelter building income reduced from 175 to 100.
- Added 1% Plague creation cost reduction to Nurgle Plague Cult Shelter building.
- Added 1% Plague creation cost reduction to Nurgle Plague Cult Shelter building bonus effect.
- Nurgle Plague Cult Refuge building infections increased from 3 to 10.
- Nurgle Plague Cult Refuge building infections increased from 3 to 10.
- Nurgle Plague Cult Refuge building growth increased from 3 to 5.
- Improved the Growth bonus applied by the Nurgle Plague Cult Refuge building so that it applies in a way that is calculated as growth per turn.
- Removed construction code reduction effects from the Nurgle Plague Cult Garden building.
- Added +10% chance of plague spreading (local province) to Nurgle Plague Cult Garden building.
- Added +1 plague duration (local province) to Nurgle Plague Cult Garden building as a bonus effect.
- Updated the condition under which certain MCT settings are locked. Some will only be locked during multiplayer campaigns.
- Fixed a bug that probably appeared in update 4.0 where the Master of Cults skill node wouldn't always appear in the cultist skill tree.

- Fixed a bug introduced in the last update where MCT settings would be ignored. This will result in players needing to re-set their MCT settings to their non-default values, if they weren't at default values already.

- Improved code structure and readability which should lead to (hardly noticeable) performance improvements.
- Updated how the MCT settings are loaded to be in-line with my latest standards.
- Switched the random percentage logic to the one CA seems to be using which could result it more consistent "random chance" outcomes such as cult expansion.
