-Updated Localization Files
-Tiěshānkào, Iron Wall, Flaming Dragon Fist and Violent Flame are now a bit funnier
-Inner Ardor now actually grants its Emotion Points on use.
-Fervid Emotions' counters now inflict Burn
-Raging Storm: Love now returns in 3 Scenes

-Nerfed Forming Storm (it once again deletes its die), Jīn Ní is now slightly funny, and added a config file to enable the named Section 1 guys to get Singular Strike as well (with a separate option for Xiao)
