Description
Modifies several Liu Combat Pages and passives; gives Lowell a new passive and grants the generic Liu Section 1 Fixer Singular Strike

This mod is configurable with the config file LiuXiao.ini, which is located at C:\Users\[Your User]\AppData\LocalLow\Project Moon\LibraryOfRuina\ModConfigs\Solo's Various Tweaks

Do note that LiuXiao.ini will not be generated until you launch the game with the mod at least once.

There are 2 config options, both are set to false by default:

-NamedSingularStrike: If true, Chun and Miris gain Singular Strike

-XiaoSingularStrike: If true, Xiao gains Singular Strike

WARP uh... it's kinda still up in the air cause of my WARP Redux reception, so if I did tweak them they'd be different from the Nexus version.
The rest are still gonna get ported tho.

Yooo, these are sick. I remember playing the beta version with your mods from Nexus. Are you going to port the other stuff over, like the general invitation and WARP changes?
