-Actually fixed the airlock for real this time

-Fixed airlock pump, fixed some sprite depth issues

-The automatic discharge system has been fixed. It should no longer instantly drain the entire capacitor.

-Fixed the button for picking your discharge coil, some little additions/fixes.

-Added specs to the workshop description, adjusted recommended crew size.

-Discharge coil balancing. It should now not be horribly overpowered, but a balanced tool that can be made better with selective use.
-Removed two diving suit lockers in the fabrication room
-Fixed lighting, it should now be less bright white
-You can no longer detatch water detectors, buttons, or light components.
