- Added more exception handling and checks to make sure the relic is one that can be rerolled (no special relics or
custom relic tiers possibly from other mods). This is an attempt to fix crash reports when rerolling fragments from
Corrupt the Spire or rerolling with the Hubris mod.
- Only allow rerolling relics from the following relic tiers: common, uncommon, rare, shop, and boss. Special relics
will not be rerollable since they would just generate a circlet.
