- Fixed weapons not giving ammo when picked up
- NPCs can now pick up the weapons (I've only observed empty handed citizens do it)
- NPCs will no longer have their weapons swapped with the minigun (it didn't really work correctly)
- The weapon replacement feature should now work properly regardless of what mw addons you are using

NPCs now use "mwbnpcweapons_damage_scale" as a damage multiplier, instead of the PVP damage multiplier

- Added "mwbnpcweapons_replace_weapons", Replaces NPCs HL2 weapons with MW weapons
