MW2019 SWEPs NPC Support [FIXED]

Description
What is this?
An addon that makes NPCs able to use the Modern Warfare 2019 SWEPs (By Viper and Mushroom Guy), and adds the weapons to the NPC weapon override menu.

CVARS:
mwbnpcweapons_random_attachments - Should NPCs spawn with random attachments? Default = 1

mwbnpcweapons_replace_weapons - Should NPCs have their Half Life 2 weapons replaced with Modern Warfare weapons? Default = 0

mwbnpcweapons_damage_scale - Multiplies NPCs damage with Modern Warfare weapons by this amount. Default = 1

NOTE:
This addon automatically sets "mgbase_precacheatts" to "1", which increases loadtime slightly. If you are annoyed by that you can set it to "0" again whenever you aren't using the addon.
