Uncivic 3.2.1
- Updated for Stellaris 4.0
- Dropped support for Divided Loyalties, which is very outdated
- Isolationist Parliamentarian now decreases trade production instead of immigration pull (immigration pull no longer exists)
- Traditionalist Parliamentarian now adds High Priest jobs instead of Priest jobs (non-spiritualist empires can no longer have priests)
- Xenoist Parliamentarian now increases trade production instead of immigration pull (immigration pull no longer exists)
- Choir Parliamentarian now adds unity production and upkeep cost to engineers instead of all researchers (generic researcher modifiers removed)
- United Creeds Parliamentarian now increases cyborg worker production and cyborg specialist happiness, instead of all cyborg job production and upkeep (modifiers removed)

- Integration with Fatherland: crusader rogue colonies automatically follow Exalted Priesthood parent's faith
- Rebalance of unorthodoxy/heresy event chain:
-- can only happen once per game
-- increased time before a planet can become heretical again after removing heretics
-- if ecumenical council decides reform
--- decreased chance of firing hardliner leaders
-- if ecumenical council decides reform
--- only 50% of unorthodox leaders killed
