I have added a small compatibility patch for the Dynasty of the Damned mod. The mod replaces the starting buildings of the Jade Custodians faction with Vampire Count buildings, so it cannot do anything until it destroys and replaces them with Cathayan buildings, if the AI can even do that. However, since it's a script fix, I cannot give it higher priority with this mod. You'll have to move this translation above Dynasty of the Damned in your load order for it to work.
