Fixed charge attack animation on foot. His feet will no longer clip with his skirt

Resized his cape

Glamour of Teclis no longer give -50 Barrier Replenishment Delay but instead regenerates 5% Barrier per second for 10 seconds everytime Teclis cast a spell

His cape will no longer clip with his skirt and feet while casting on flight

Enlarged his sword by 30%, same size as Tyrion's Sword
