Update:
- Implemented fixes/refactoring all over (should run a bit better, avoids spamming commands/server calls.)
- Fixes lockout issues with containers.
- Fixes money stack issues that make result in duplication.
- Fixes issues with mix/matching cash/wallet when buying.

Adds player usernames to wallet modData: Simply for admin use - has no bearing on gameplay. Should apply retroactively.

New Sandbox Option: Disable Player Wallets: This will disable the wallet button/display in the UI and all cash will be handled as items. Can be applied retroactively (it will spit out your wallet balance.)
