big polish update
Add 1 new background
Fix players in vehicles spazzing out when spectating
Make all glee entities that error/are broken in sandbox, admin only on dedicated servers
make placable barnacle work with higher ceilings

More panic sound variety
Added rare "RUN FOR YOUR LFE" sounds when releasing panic with a hunter chasing you in large groups of players
Stop panic screaming when someone dies

Right click while spectating to go to "last" player
Made spectate system snap you to a random player after 10 seconds if a killer could not be found.
