Fixed a tiny problem related to code for Logic Case.

When I tested this, this fix I said wasn't being so successful, so this fix is benched. With honestly, I can admit that I'm still new with being a coder. You might ask "How are you so new at being a coder? This mod is really good!" Answer is when someone's new with coding, at least try to expect some flaws in big mod packs. This mod isn't perfect, by the way.

I can also admit that it's a rushed update. I was trying to make this mod be perfect, but it caused some more issues. so this fix had to be stepped down, which reverts the by connection order back to ascending order. I really have no idea how to properly fix this at all.

Also in Math Variance: Static Value, is back to it's intended state. only be active only if there's no parent or if there's an active parent, but expect some difficulties with connections between Math Variance with Math Converter: Specifier. Seems like 2 of the other math gates, Compare and Operation, has an intended output reaction for Math Converter: Specifier.

Due to an unknown issue with Math Variance, I'm not sure why it's not co-operating with Math Converter: specification when it deactivates. Usually, the specification mode shouldn't deactivate as soon as those Math gates becomes deactivated, so it's a downgrade update for only the Math Variance. All Tick Send modes are now benched. Static Value is now always on. No changes for Random Value.

Honestly, This is a complete fix for that said fix.

* Added Math Variance
* Added more features to Logic WiFi
Logic WiFi only used to support Logic, now it can support all types in this update.

Fixed that item connection confusion that occurred after reloading a world.
