Rebalanced all Engineer and Pioniere units so that the AI would not priotize. All units that are combat engineers remained as infantry class units, offensive and defensive stats greatly reduced, but Fortification Attack, Close Attack,
and Close Defense are superior. All other Engineer or Pionier units have been reclassified under Transport/Bridging tab as they support units rather than full battalions.


Utilized Fictional ARMA III CSAT Units to provide more countries and regions researchable and buildable units to cover the 2010 to 2040 time frame. Most of these units are actually based off of actual eastern block units or prototypes

*Added Headquarters units (Mostly a role play unit, but does have stats in Observation and Supply that would benefit proper Brigade, Division, and Corp Size Battle Groups). SR2030's new
battle group system and battlegroup leaders will hopefully utilize.

*Added Armored Recovery Vehicles (ARV) and Light Armored Recovery Vehicles (LARV): In-game act as armored logistics vehicles, with a smaller amount of supply than regular supply units.
These units are good for sending out to recover (supply) vehicles that are beyond the front lines and cut off from supply.

*(Major rework of all air and naval platforms with missile capacity! Thousands of changes!!!!)

*Reviewed and Overhauled all Helicopter, Interceptor, Tactical Bomber, Multi-role, Strategic Bomber, and Patrol aircraft missile capacity.
If a fighter is stealth with internal missile capacity, missile capacity has been greatly reduced. All other fighter platforms, missile capacity has been adjusted
according to fighter size, hardpoints, and hardpoint weight. So an F-15E Strike Eagle has more missile capacity than a F-22 with only internal missile capacity.
Platforms that utilize both internal and external hardpoints have stealth values reduced. Many armed drones can carry smaller missiles.

*Reviewed and Overhauled all Submarine and Ballistic Missile Submarine Missile Point Capacity, max missile size x quantity or tubes.
