+ Added the ability to create presets for client mods.
+ Fixed an issue where mod configurations would not be applied after updating an existing preset.
+ Preset box will only appear when viewing the appropriate mods tab.
+ When on the mods screen, the preset box will only appear when editing client mods.
+ When on a server's mods tab, the preset box will only appear when editing server mods.

+ Updated the README, added a couple comments to modmain, and updated the description in modinfo.
+ Added an extra check to make sure the mod won't crash when clicking "Apply".
