added Build Randomize: activated similarly to how random only & chaos edition are activated, makes devices placed manually also randomize into a device with a similar cost
slightly revamped how the mode buttons work, now they will show their infomation once you hover on them instead of always

fixed 10x and 15x frequency incorrectly showing as 1.00x and 1.50x on the console (thanks to blitz & intern for pointing this out)
fixed buoy and barrel being unsellable again
destroying any reactor will now spawn some devices, it only used to happen if an entire base loses all reactors but now it will work on something like a battleship

somewhat fixed devices havng incorrect build times on indef, they might still be slightly incorrect, since it most likely overflows due to the amount

should hopefully have fixed popup not being removable for rejoining players
overdrive now calculates the time to build an upgraded device properly, taking into account their 2x build speed but keeping the non-upgrade's original build speed
hurricane now applies it's 10% faster build speed to random devices

no longer shows random only & chaos edition buttons to people in the host's team if they leave and rejoin

random devices' build time is now increased by their downgrades, mainly to make mods like indefinite upgrades less overpowered
whenever 2+ devices appear at the exact same frame one of them appears and the others go on "queue" for another frame and so on, for the rare occurence where 2+ devices appear at the same time and end up choosing the same device, due to how the code is written
architect now correctly applies her build speed to random devices
overdrive works properly with random devices
