- NDefines.NMilitary.RELIABILTY_RECOVERY = 0.15

- NDefines.NMilitary.EQUIPMENT_COMBAT_LOSS_FACTOR = 0.90 # was 0.70 #

- NDefines.NSupply.RAILWAY_CONVERSION_COOLDOWN = 12
- NDefines.NSupply.RAILWAY_CONVERSION_COOLDOWN_CORE = 8
- NDefines.NSupply.RAILWAY_CONVERSION_COOLDOWN_CIVILWAR = 4

- SUPPLY_USE_FACTOR_INACTIVE = 0.8 --was 0.95 # You aren't on frontline - you get bad food.
