-Fixed a bug with events in MP that could cause them to re-trigger if a player died and respawned during one
-Peace Candles and Bonfires should now work better in MP
-Fixed a bug where killing certain enemies could cause server issues in MP
-Burning Stone and Burning Aura now work in MP

-Added an "All Players Defeated!" text to boss despawns, to indicate why they are despawning
-Dragoon II armor renamed to Supreme Dragoon armor, to match the lance

-Added a tooltip indicating when an item can be used in dark soul crafting recipes
-Slightly increased telegraph time for the Destroyer's lasers, to make dodging them require a bit less reaction time
