Balancing changes and new items!

For Womas:
150 health --> 130 health
150 hunger --> 100 hunger with 60% hunger drain
200 sanity --> 175 sanity
Added 50 cold resistance
Added fish sticks as favorite food (also applies to Wufon)

For Wufon:
Cold resist changed to 50, heat weakness increased to -75
Hunger drain decreased to 40%
Added sanity boost of +7/min while standing on water

-Added goop sword
-Added goop shroom (cooked and raw version)
