Added functionality for removing immunities from abilities or character templates. This isn't actually used but was easy enough to include.

Squadsight fix now has a config list for GuardianAbilities.

BrokenFreeActionAbilities removed as a config option, FixFreeActions now fixes all of those kinds of abilities automatically.

Internal code improved for action point costs and ability hiding.

FixUnitImmunities can now also add immunities to entire character groups with ImmunityGroups.

Added EleriumPoisoning as immunity alongside Bleeding.

Added a couple Spectres that were missed as well as BioMecImmunities.

Added support for XModBase and vanilla non-standard action point costs to changing action point costs.

Included EvacAbilities in FixEvacHide no longer includes EvacAll, AbortMission and RM_PhantomEvac as they do not need the fix.

New options:
* ChangeActionPointCosts toggle with lists TurnEndingAbilities and NotTurnEndingAbilities
* ChangeCooldowns toggle with list CooldownAbilities

Changes to existing options:
* FixFanFire removed as a separate option, it is now in TurnEndingAbilities instead, functionally identical
* BuffInspire removed as it can also be done with the new options instead

Code improvements:
* SPARK BIT hack bonus should not cause problems now if you don't have the DLC or are using another mod doing the same fix

FixDefensiveConceal is now FixAbilityHostilities and can change hostility to any value.

Conformed ConfirmSoundAbilities to use TemplateName like other options instead of Ability.

Ripped out item concealment fixes, to be released as a new mod.

RemoveEnvDamage changed to be more generic, should automatically find most Bind and Pull type abilities now.
