Updated for Patch 2.0 / IE

NEW:Tzeentch mortals use the new assets now and Chariot Draughts also use the reworked visuals

Small tweaks
- Knights of Tzeentch: the helmet variant with the big eye now has the same glow effect as the other helmets
- Steed of Tzeentch: made the golden armour piece over the horses snout a bit smaller
- Steed of Slaanesh: made the feathers a bit smaller (they were clipping trough the cultists head sometimes)
