• Removed "Colonies Managment" mechanic - Expanded "Influence Campaign".
Decision "Integrate Delta in our country" moved into "Influence Campaign" and require 15 Influence level.
When country under influence become your puppet the Influence level max limit change from 10.2 to 15.2.
