Revert/Adjust Official Patch Changes:
- Transfer Pad: Add Damage Multipliers for Projectiles:
Minigun, Buzzsaw, Howitzer, AP Projectiles, Firebeam, Gasbeam, Magma Laser
- Flak Projectiles: Anti Air Claims (0 -> 2) -> 0
- EMP Rocket Projectiles: Anti Air Max Claims at >1.2 sec: (3 -> 4) -> 4
- Cannon: Energy Fire Cost (3000 -> 3500) -> 3000
- Plasma Laser: Energy Fire Cost (5000 -> 4500) -> 5000
- Phantom: Add Description
- Hurricane: Active 1: Mortars: Reload Time (-50% -> -25%) -> -50%
- Pinchfist: Removed 5% Eco Boost
- If Not Listed: No Changes Needed
