Combine shotgun damage increased. (6 to 8)
SMG fire rate decreased. (0.06 to 0.08)

Combine shotgun damage severely decreased. (34 to 6)
No longer an instant kill at all ranges.

SMG fire rate value fixed. (0.60 to 0.06)

SMG fire rate increased. (0.10 to 0.06)
