Version 1.4.5 - scopeStatusEffect special augment type

- added unique EWS weapon augment type, "scopeStatusEffect" for sights only
- "scopeStatusEffect" has the properties of both special augment types "scope" and "statusEffect"

- refer to /items/augments/attachments/ews_effect_reddot2.augment for an example

- fixed debug mode not working, and self.blacklistNpcDebug functioning completely inverted to what was intended

Version 1.4.2 - General Update

- multiple infinite ammo effects can work simultaneously; stat of "ews_infammo" now can be "greater or equal to 1" to trigger infinite ammo in EWS weapons, as opposed to only "equal to 1" triggering the infinite ammo.
- muzzle collisions should no longer allow for underbarrel launchers to reload despite being already loaded
- infinite ammo will no longer break weapons with singleBulletLoad enabled if an infinite ammo status effect expires while reloading

- underbarrel launcher ammo count is now displayed on any EWS tooltip
