version 1.6 "Zone of Influence"

Added a new prerequisite decision before being able to construct orbital habitats and orbital rings via the space elevator, to prevent issues with duplication by also building them in space, the decision itself costs influence but the influence costs of habitat and orbital ring decisions have been lowered accordingly.

Added a new feature, the Space Elevator Terminus, buildable via decision on orbital habitats orbiting a planet with a space elevator and an orbital ring, the terminus allows the habitat to benefit from the effects of the local orbital ring.

This feature comes with built in support for Skyhy's Orbital Ring Buildings mod.

Updated to work with Gatekeepers Planetary Diversity - Planetary Habitats submod, you should now be able to build space elevators on planetary habitats.

Orbital rings are now buildable via planetary decision and can be build around planets with habitats and vice versa, this is still compatible with the Orbital Infrastructure mod though it is no longer required.
(Special thanks to Danboy for coming up with this)

Changed the Space Elevator tech to unlock slightly earlier with Tier 3 starbase tech, orbital rings and habitats are buildable via planetary decision once you unlock their respective techs.

Changed the internal legacy names of the space elevator and some other items to more up to date ones, unfortunately this means space elevators in existing games may need to be demolished and rebuilt, I apologise for the inconvenience.

3.4 unfortunately broke some of the naming functionality for habitats, I've put on a temporary fix but I'll need to wait for paradox to patch their own code to fix it properly

By popular demand I have added buffs for mining and research districts, these did not initially receive buffs as they are difficult to get above habitable planets

Mining districts - 5% bonus to Alloy and Consumer Goods production

Research Districts - 5% bonus to energy production

Buffed housing districts from 2.5 amenities per district on the planet to 5, they're still not as powerful as the other habitat districts but are now a bit more impactful
