version 2.6 "Invictus"

Completely overhauled the internal workings of the mod to be much less performance heavy and much more adaptable, major changes will be listed below.

Bonuses are now based on jobs on the orbital habitat, not districts, this allows for much more flexibility, granting bonuses from buildings as well as custom districts from other mods as many still use vanilla jobs. This extra flexibility has also allowed for the addition of several new bonuses, the mod description has been updated accordingly. Bonuses have been decreased by roughly 20% overall but there is a wider variety of them and they can now stack indefinitely.

The space elevator can now get bonuses from an orbital habitat anywhere within its star system, this means systems where the AI builds a habitat around a systems star are no longer useless if conquered and that systems with multiple (natural) planets can benefit from the same habitat.

The Space elevator now updates on a monthly tick, this means that the bonuses will only refresh at the end of the month, however as resources are only given monthly this should not have a major impact on the players economy.

Added the Extraction Station habitat designation

Extraction stations give a small bonus to worker output as well as a bonus to the construction of mining and generator districts and hydroponics buildings, they function similar to the Rural or Fringe World designations and may be useful on unspecialised habitats with a mixture of resources.

Changed the the Orbital Zoning decision to remove the possibility of multiple habitats or orbital rings being constructed around a single planet. It must now be activated before the space elevator can be used regardless of any pre-existing megastructures, to compensate for this it is also now free, habitat and orbital ring prices have been adjusted accordingly.

Fixed an issue where habitats were not applying flags correctly to their star when not in your empires home system, you should be able to build habitats normally outside your home system once again without issue.

The habitat naming code has apparently broken, again, added a placeholder until I can figure out why it was referring back to your home system and not the system in which the habitat was built.
