forgor to add crafting for the new flags

added the flags of estonia and made the norwegian civil ensign under sweden-norway.

woke up early after the danish embassy in starbound sent me angry emails demanding i add their flag

so i did

i decided to add an island trio with åland, iceland, and the faroe islands

i also thought it would be funny to make the swedish naval ensign
but it turns out it actually looks pretty good
task failed successfully?

anyway thats it ima go take another nap for 7 months
