Added ini options
Added animation references
Added immunity to the Yuty\'s fear effect upon petting
Petting while under fear buff effect reduces time to calm down (though the timer doesn\'t change correctly)
Fixed issue where empty buff icon was visible on ridden dinos
Added check for if dino animation should be played, won\'t play under certain conditions (like the Yuty\'s fear)
