Alright I don't understand what the devkit is doing, but it uploaded to the original version again.... so go use that version again??

I am attempting to determine why this version doesn't work and the old one worked fine. Out of curiosity, if you try to reinstall the old version, does that one still work?

Also on the taming thing I use these DINO mods all add so much QOL to the game and make ARK much more enjoyable!

This mod can fill the missing gap here { I do wish I could play fetch with my thyla or rockdrakes lol but petting them is a good start!. All of these modes should have been in base game becouse they add a bit of life to the world that has been missing!]

I have a full cluster with all dlc and The old version of Pet All Dinos! worked fine minus the issue of criters not always waking up but with this version there is no option in wheel to pet dino also i never had any crash issues at all.with the older version. This version does not crash eather but it dosnt seem to show up in game. yes i have uninstalled and reinstaled on servers and client a few times to test.

Doesn't seem to be working. Old version worked fine, does this new version require a load order position?

If you give them cryo sickness they'll wake up and it work properly again. I had hoped that the new version would fix that issue, I will continue to work on a fix.

I had pet a dino to sleep prior to switching to this version and I don't seem to be able to wake him up now. Any way to wake him besides re-installing the previous version first?

Another ideea if you are willing to consider: since an unconscious creature in the process of being tamed can be pet, maybe petting it can raise up its taming effectiveness if it dropped due to taking damage? In order to make it so it is not over-powered, the amount you gain depends on its health: if you can use an owl or daeodon to get it back up to 100% health, each pet can net back up to 5% of taming effectiveness lost. But if it has less than 100% health, each pet has less of an effect (never less than 1%). A little bit of a required cool-down between pets would make sense with this as well.
