Beta 1.53b Minor Patch

Additonal TTK balance patch for infantry units.
Small boost to player's MP income to allow for easier unit management at higher pop cap values (125, 150) + to make deploying expensive elite infantry units more viable without penalizing player too much manpower wise.

Commander Soviet and USF barrages (152mm, 155mm, 105mm and WP) that went missing after an "accident" were returned to their respective commanders.
Some minor fixes and post-update balance for some infantry units.

Beta 1.52b Minor Patch

Infantry vs Infantry TTK decreased, all infantry survivability stats and HP overhauled.
Other minor changes and fixes.

Note: There might be some balance issues created by this patch and some infantry troops will probably need some more additional balancing as the result of reduced TTK, make sure to report anything regarding these changes.

Beta 1.51b Minor Patch

Changes the turret, main gun traverse speeds of most tanks and vehicles + some other minor balance changes.
Soviet and Wehrmacht production structure costs building times modified
Wehrmacht's Battle Phase upgrades modified.
Max limit of 1 for both Soviet and Wehrmacht production structures.
Soviet Tier 1 and Tier 2 now has to be built first before being able to build Tier 3.
Initial recharge for Volkssturm Pzjeager and Razved. Tank Hunter snare abilities added.
