Pelican Update 11-21-22

Reduced PCU from 22,975 down to 14,655
Block count from 5,154 down to 5,055

Removed Missile launchers on wings (High PCU)
Replaced side Gatlings for Autocannons
Replaced front Gatling for the Warfare 2 version
Removed two Medium Cargo containers in the bottom
Removed blueprint from Projector (SE Inflation Glitch)
