Spike Cavern: Reduced the number of floor spikes slightly, added more ceiling spikes.

Took a bit of the windiness out of Windblown Steps. Not too much, though.

Canopy Ball: Repositioned ball spawners to top of map. Removed upper clouds.
The Summit: Raised ball spawners slightly to allow more room for missiles.

Added cloud blocks at the base of Canopy Ball.
Prevented impossible spawning on a couple maps.
Added teleporters on Sharp Bluffs and Cloud Palace.
Added additional lava blocks on Outcropping.
