Fixed bug with Dark Psi Agent config so they now gain AP per level.

Rebranded the classes awarded from capturing MOCX units so that they have a fancier class icon to stand out better and a name that will not clash with base game classes. Was originally designed as a "replacement" for base game classes when using only Proficiency class pack, it only caused confusion, so all hybrid base classes are now rebranded as Dark Base Classes.

For realsies fix broken config for Sharpshooter class

Fixed a bug in the class config for the Sharpshooter.

Natively converts the Dark SMG to be a Bullpup instead of requiring Weapon & Item Overhaul. Also configured to play nice with WIO.

Reworked to align with Dec 7, 2021 update to MOCX which makes this purely config driven now. Also swapped out the Sharpshooter icon to keep it from being too close to the Marksman icon.
