fixed the door swoosh sounds and a couple of texture tweaks. nothing major.

Did a couple more doors. Reduced assets some more.
Integrated enough scripts from Rectus' test range that subscribing to test range is no longer needed for the phaser and tricorder to work. Locomotion and the pause menu are not working yet.

Added scripted items (phaser and tricorder) and pause menu based on Rectus's scripted items test range which also included locomotion. @Michael: thank you for the reference to this it is really cool! Also put in a few more doors and cleared out some unused assets.

Got a number of the doors working. Not all of them. Haven't done any on Deck 10 yet or Eng. Spruced up the shuttlebay: added an elevator to the second floor, access from the corridor ring, and now you can land a shuttle from the control room! Just go up there and touch the panel.

Started adjusting some of the more noticeable scale issues, and put in some bumpmaps on a few textures.

Texture improvements in ready room, z fighting fix on captain's chair, sound in computer core and sickbay, room decoration in quarters, some geometry fixes, starfields outside 2 forward and the conference room.

Added Engineering, improved the transporter effect, made some texture fixes.

Added the Bridge, conference room and "2 forward", also put some teleporters in the turbolifts, and changed the spawn point so you are transporting aboard in the transporter room.
