Quick and dirty fix: Increased laser turret reload to 1000 seconds, which should only allow shooting multiple lasers

Made the pod recoverable (the arm retracts), added a small cabinet with basic tools. I'll have to change the laser breaching mechanism later so the pod can be reused several times, but for now it'll do
