Palpatine code rewrite.
All lasers now shoot 5 colors.
Ions shoot actual ion cannon blasts.
All sound is fixed.
All descriptions are updated.
All names are prefaced with ". " to force to top of control panel in ships.
All weapons got icons.
Weapons shoot 2, 4, 6km at 3, 6, 9k damage with a 3x multiplier for armor, 6x for non armor, 9x for shields.
Running in "no error" state.
All code on the backend redone to most modern updated coresystems.
Animations updated.
Mirror mode added.

Fixed the Fuck up and instituted the changes in the Original update.

Should be more performance friendly on Multiplayer servers now.
