Added A new Ammo to the Ion Cannon called EMP. Which does what you'd expect an EMP to do....

Heavily Buffed the Shield Damage on all Ion Canon Rounds to 15000 points of Damage Per Shot. WILL DO NO DAMAGE TO ARMOR.

Added Shrapnel to the Octo Battery.

Updated Targeting Data so they should be more accurate. I think the AP rounds are killing the intended block on the first shot and the rest miss because its missing but thats just a theory.

After extensive testing weapons were ineffective against shields. All damages have been upped.

Increased Energy Cost for all weapons. It was set on the lowest setting before so this should make operating the larger weapons or a larger number of weapons more costly.

Added a new ammo class for the XX-9s (The Death Star Turbos)
