- In recipe execution, Furthermores are now executed after Movements.

- "Grandeffects" morpheffect is retired.
- Instead, "Recipe" morpheffect is added - applies all effects specified in a recipe of the morpheffect's Id.
-- Only applies effects, doesn't add recipe notes, and does not affect links of the initial reacipe.
-- Though *if* there are links, effects of the first eligible link are applied too, as if the normal linking happened.
--- Works recursively, ie links are evaluated and effects are applied until the end of the whole recipe chain.
-- Supports an internal/inline recipe definition thought the additional "recipe" property.

- "Break" morpheffect is added - allows to stop execution of xtriggers for current element/catalyst pair.

- Verb xtriggers are applied correctly even if the recipe doesn't have a dedicated "aspects" property.
- Added a little nuance to VFX syntax - setting it to "none" means "no vfx for action", setting it to "default" means "remove existing scheduled vfx".
