AWP Availability decreased from every 2 minutes to 6 minutes, maybe glass penetrable now, and glass can be seen through better

Some additional collisions to prevent out of bounds (not entirely patched yet) weapons take longer to respawn, additional blocks can be stepped on now, and improvised ladder textures are in-game... oh and typo fix... gotta get that one in there.
