Changes from Vanilla that needed to be patched in:
- Fixed an issue where the leader trait “Unbreakable” wasn’t properly granting attack and defense modifiers.
- Made more of the icons from the Soviet Focus Icons from the small recent DLC work for the soviets
- Elevated Engineering Corps Army Spirit Railway Gun Bombardment Factor 5% -> 10%
- State Serves the Military Army Spirit went from 15% political power factor to 10% Offensive War Stability Factor
- The Dutch MIOs Fokker and DAF are now both available from game start, and instead of being unlocked, are granted 2 extra levels when taking each MIOs respective focus.
- Increased the spirit of the naval academy spirits chance to gain +skills on level up from 40% to 50% to be in line with the army spirits
- Small bugfixes for Brazil to 'Invest in the Armed Forces' and 'Potenji River Conference'
- France: focus "Begin Rearmament" will no longer be cancelled if you drop below the required war support.
- Dutch 'Continue the war in Batavia' Focus now grants 70 compliance to all of Indonesia's cores
- Fixed an issue where the 30 day cooldown for the damage dealt by Paratroopers after taking the "Combat Insertion" doctrine wasn't working and could be done an infinite number of times in the same state.

- Fixed a bug when if you had a spirit of the army (leftmost army spirits) would cause any spirit from spirit of the naval academy (leftmost navy spirit) to not work properly
- Unit supply consumption now correctly uses 2 decimal places in tooltips and UI (functionality remains unchanged)
- Fixed an issue where the "Blockade Venezuela" decision would still be visible when Venezuela didn't exist.
- Fixed an issue where the French focus and decisions for "Arms Purchases in the US" could be completed despite the requirements not being properly fulfilled.

Additionally a new QOL feature has been added a "Naval Calculator" that will allow you to craft a fleet composition in game for those who don't have navy memorized. In the future I intend to add more things like this, and flesh it out further so feedback is welcome. It can be access from the Production Screen.

- Changed the UK AI to be more like a real player for those in SP/doing test builds
- Fixed a bug where the Soviet tank focus at the bottom of their army tree was turning the -75% mio gain to -25% instead of 0
- Actually nerfed SHCV like I said in a previous patch, their ability to mount a 3rd gun, HP, and speed weren't actually reduced
- Fixed some localization in the MIO's
- Fixed the Crusader Tank not being able to mount Medium Turret 2's
- Added Phase 1 of a feature that will re-add your Spy operation tokens after re-loading or a hotfix. It’s set to run weekly so you may need a week for it to show up after hotjoin. Will add it to the host tool sometime soon.

Additional note for people who make sub mods for TFB, next major patch I may change the name of some of our custom files, which would break the submods. Will identify those file names during the patch.

- Added a new focus for the USA that unlocks in Jan 1 1942 which will grant them an extra 25 to their dockyard cap for Consumer Goods. This will let them be not punished later in the game as time goes on, but still give Japan a window of advantage where the US had to suffer the penalty if there is a dockyard race.
- Fixed an issue where the states added in the AAT DLC didn't lose the Ethiopian Local Supply modifier when the other states do
